First-Aid kit
Camping and the outdoors expose us to dangers we don’t normally encounter. It’s a good idea to have a small first-aid kit in your hiking daypack and a larger kit at camp. Any time I’ve had to use a first aid kit I’ve simultaneously felt bad having to treat someone, but relieved to have been prepared. The aim for almost all kits is just to stop bleeding or manage pain. Get help from a professional for anything more serious.
